Services

Moki Creative provides branding, web design, mascot design, and brand guidelines services. All project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals agreed upon before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all final deliverables including logos, brand assets, character designs, and website code. Moki Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typical structure: 50% deposit to begin work, 50% upon delivery. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an agreed-upon rate.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If the client cancels, payment is due for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Moki Creative's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
